FERNFH’s executive management receives new member  

"It is with great pleasure that I begin my work here in Wiener Neustadt for the FERNFH. The exciting approach of self-determined learning, combined with the close personal exchange with lecturers and students immediately inspired me", says Elfriede Riesinger, the second managing director at the Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH. From July 1 onwards, she strengthens CEO Axel Jungwirth in the executive management: "With Elfriede Riesinger, an experienced expert is joining the FERNFH management team. I wish her a good start, and am very much looking forward to working with her".  

Born in Neulengbach, Riesinger started her career in 1991 in the district administration of the office of the Lower Austrian provincial government in St. Pölten. After several positions in the provincial service, she was most recently engaged as managing director of the Lower Austrian Health and Social Fund, before coming to the FERNFH. As one of her goals, Riesinger states that she wants to further expand the FERNFH's offer and convince as many people as possible of the advantages of the future-oriented method of blended learning.
