Executive education
The entrance process for executive education programmes at FERNFH takes the form of an admission interview or a review of the formal admission requirements by the programme director.
Structured admission interview by the programme director
The aim of the admission interview is to use a standardized interview to assess the benefits of further training for the applicant's professional future and its realistic feasibility. The main criteria used are the relevance and duration of previous professional practice, how well-informed the applicant is about the course and how clear the applicant is about the benefits of the course in relation to their own professional activity.
If the number of applicants who equally fulfil the admission criteria exceeds the maximum number of participants, the time of registration is decisive for the ranking.
