The MA in Business Administration and Psychology enables students to deepen their already acquired knowledge and skills and gain further qualifications at an academic level. The programme offers a balanced mix of psychological and business aspects. The topics involve the interfaces between people, organisations and markets. The specialisations of the degree programme, HR, marketing and management, digital transformation and sustainability, are also based here.

Your curriculum

In your Master's program in Business Administration and  Psychology, you can expect a varied curriculum with a mix of core and compulsory electives. Depending on your professional or personal interests, in the second and third semester you have the option of an individual specialisation within Human Resource, marketing, management, digital transformation and sustainability. You can freely choose courses in the amount of 30 ECTS and follow your interests or a defined learning path that leads you to a specific expertise and a micro-credential.

You would like to attend courses outside the boundaries of Business Informatics and additionally educate yourself in other areas?

If you study at the FERNFH, you have the possibility to complete micro-credentials in the following topics outside your own study program:

A Micro-Credential is a qualification certificate that you receive after successfully completing a learning pathway (several courses) at FERNFH. You can complete the MCs during your study time at FERNFH and thus individually compile and continuously expand your portfolio of skills and know-how, depending on your personal or professional interests.
