New MBA programme „International Corporate Social Responsibility Management“ at FernFH

In cooperation with CSR Company International, Austria’s only Distance-Learning University of Applied Sciences has developed an MBA degree programme for CSR managers. The new programme was presented on November 22 at the premises of the Austrian Council for Sustainable Development.

Corporate Social Responsibility – a strategic management tool that has become indispensable in many corporations and organisations. CSR addresses the impact that an organisation’s actions have on the environment, society as well as the economy, and how those can be handled in a targeted manner.

Starting in October 2019, interested professionals can enrol in the part-time MBA programme ‘International Corporate Social Responsibility Management’ at Ferdinand Porsche FernFH. Students in the MBA programme learn how the future direction of economic life can be successfully implemented regarding CSR and sustainability factors.

On November 22 the new MBA programme „International Corporate Social Responsibility“ was presented by Martin Neureiter, programme director of MBA and president & CEO of CSR Company International, Axel Jungwirth, CEO of Ferdinand Porsche FernFH, Martin Staudinger, Head of Academic Board of Ferdinand Porsche FernFH, and Markus Bürger, Chairman of the Executive Board - Austrian Center for Sustainability.
