Nina Miklavc holds a degree in international business administration (University of Vienna) and has been teaching in the university of applied sciences sector in both German and English since 2004. After holding positions at the bfi Vienna University of Applied Sciences, the Vienna Chamber of Labor, and the Vienna University of Economics and Business, she has been working as a research assistant at the Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH since 2013. She is the recipient of the Teaching Award for Excellence in Distance Learning and teaches in the areas of management competencies and human resource management. In addition, university-related projects focused on sustainable teaching and learning environments in face-to-face instruction, e-learning, and blended learning form a key focus of her work.
