Nicole König, B.A., M.S.

Nicole König has been working as a research assistant at the Institute for Economics & Psychology at Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH since January 2021. Her teaching areas include managerial accounting (bookkeeping, financial reporting, cost accounting, and controlling) and business administration. She is actively involved in research and supervises both bachelor’s and master’s theses. Her research focuses on changes in competencies driven by digitalization, as well as on “bridge employment”—that is, the employment of people approaching retirement.
Nicole König holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Business Psychology and also contributes her expertise as a member of the Committee on Gender, Equality, and Diversity. She is also active on the FERNFH faculty.
