Katharina Glöckel, B.A., M.A.

Katharina Glöckel is a research assistant at the Institute for Economics & Psychology at Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH. She has been teaching business administration and strategic marketing there as an adjunct instructor since the fall of 2022. She has been a member of the permanent staff since 2026.
In her work, she combines academic knowledge with practical experience in marketing, media, and communications.
Katharina is a marketing expert with many years of experience in strategic brand management and digital communication. She focuses in particular on how consumer behavior is changing in the digital space and what role digitalization, artificial intelligence, and psychological mechanisms play in effective communication. Sustainability in marketing is also a central part of her work.
In addition to her teaching and research work at the Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH, Katharina teaches at her alma mater—the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences (sociology, advertising psychology, media and communication studies)—and works as an independent marketing and communications consultant.
