Dr. Julia Schöllbauer, BSc, MSc

Julia Schöllbauer has been directing themaster’s program in Business Administration & Business Psychologyat Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH since 2024 and has been working as a research assistant at the Institute for Business & Psychology since September 2023. There, she is involved in both teaching business psychology and conducting research. Her current research focuses primarily on the fields of work and social psychology.
Since 2015, Julia Schöllbauer has been involved in several Austrian universities and national and international research projects. In these projects, she focused primarily on the psychological challenges and benefits associated with new, technology-supported forms of work (e.g., flexible working hours and locations). These include, for example, the unpredictability of work (and workdays)—which she identified as a new source of work-related stress—and the blurring of spatial and temporal boundaries between work and leisure/personal life.
