Ada Sil Patterer,^M.^A.^, Ph.D^., B.A.

Ada Sil Patterer is an industrial and organizational psychologist who teaches and conducts research at the Institute for Business Psychology at Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH. She studied psychology at the University of Vienna and earned her Ph.D. there at the Institute for Work, Business, and Social Psychology. In her dissertation, she examined social relationships and resources in the workplace. Before pursuing her academic career, she held various positions in human resources, including roles in personnel development and HR consulting.
