Our Media Lab is a creative and technological development space for innovative and professional teaching and learning formats.

As part of Instructional Systems Design, our experienced team supports our faculty in the conception, design, and production of multimedia learning content. The focus is on pedagogically sound, interactive, and media-based learning solutions that bring digital learning to life and actively engage students.

Workflow.

The Media Lab supports the entire development process of digital teaching and learning formats—from instructional design through media design and technical production to implementation and quality assurance. The focus is on a structured yet creative workflow that provides targeted support to instructors:

• Concept Development – Development of instructional strategies, storyboards, and content structures.
• Design & Layout – visual and media design, UX/UI design, interaction concepts.
• Production – Audio, video, and multimedia production, as well as the integration of digital tools.
• Implementation – Integration into learning platforms and teaching scenarios.
• Testing & Quality Assurance – technical and instructional fine-tuning.
• Further Development – Evaluation, Incorporation of Feedback, and Continuous Optimization.

The Media Lab thus serves as the interface between pedagogy, technology, and creativity—and lays the foundation for modern, effective digital learning experiences.
