Student ID number

We use your student ID number to assign you to your student cohort in the FERNFH database. We transfer only information relevant to your studies to the alumni network, specifically: degree program, course of study, MC, and start and graduation dates. No other data from the university database is retrieved, stored, or shared with third parties.

This consent may be revoked at any time, effective for the future, without providing a reason, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place up to that point based on this consent or our legitimate interest. The revocation may be sent by email to widerruf@fernfh.ac.at or mailed to the following address: Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH - Ferdinand Porsche Fernfachhochschule GmbH, Attn: Data Protection, Ferdinand Porsche Ring 3, 2700 Wiener Neustadt.

FERNFH processes the data provided here solely for the purposes stated above; the legal basis for this is this consent. Providing the data is voluntary; the alumnus or alumna is under no legal or contractual obligation to disclose this data. The data is used either by FERNFH or by FernFh Management & Service GmbH. The data may be shared with service providers (so-called “processors”) as needed (e.g., IT service providers, printing companies, etc.). If processors are used, we ensure that they use your data exclusively within the scope of the agreements we have concluded with you and in compliance with data protection regulations. Under current law, alumni have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data; to restrict processing; to object; to data portability; and to file a complaint, which may be lodged with the competent supervisory authority (in Austria: the Austrian Data Protection Authority). The personal data provided here will be processed only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes specified in the consent form and as required and permitted by applicable law.
