and Psychology

Psychology and business combined – for your career in business! With the bachelor degree programme in Business Administration and Psychology you become an expert in economic relationships and human behaviour. Whether in human resources, change management or marketing, you learn to reshape markets, corporate cultures and business models. Because real innovation starts with understanding people.

Application deadline:

Shaping the economy of tomorrow

The business world is changing: digitalisation, demographic change and new ways of working are putting many companies under pressure to reposition themselves. Yet many companies lack exactly the right connection for this – between economic logic and psychological understanding. Wherever people act together economically, business success is determined not only by the balance sheet, but also by Communication Skills, motivation and culture.

Do you want to understand what really drives companies and how you can move them forward?

In your bachelor degree programme in Business Administration and Psychology you combine economic thinking with psychological know-how. You learn how organisations work and how to align them with new goals. You develop strategies that make an impact, whether in human resource management, change management or marketing. Your studies make you a key link between economic success and human behaviour – analytically strong, confident in communication and solution-oriented. Whether in companies, consulting or the non-profit sector, you gain the knowledge and competences not just to go along with change but to actively shape it.

Self-directed
but never alone.

On-campus sessions you can plan ahead and self-directed self-study weeks let you learn in your own way. Via the Online Campus, you stay connected with fellow students and lecturers at all times.

Education that fits your career path.

That’s why our degree programmes offer you individual focus areas or electives. Or you can extend your studies with Micro-Credentials from outside your subject.

How a term works

The distance learning programme is designed so that students work through most of the content in the Online Campus whenever and wherever suits them. Digital learning materials, exercises and opportunities for exchange are available there, so the learning process can be shaped individually and flexibly.

During the self-study weeks students set their own learning pace, access the learning platform at any time and use digital communication channels to clarify questions or connect with others in group work.

In addition, there are three on-campus sessions each term. These offer the opportunity for in-depth study, discussion, exams and practical application of the course content. This ideally combines direct contact with lecturers and fellow students with the advantages of digital flexibility.
