Developing people and organisations sustainably and inclusively

The business world is facing major challenges – and solutions are in demand. Digitalisation, social change and new ways of working are transforming companies faster than ever. Many managers reach their limits because business knowledge and psychological understanding are often still too loosely connected. Only those who combine economic and psychological perspectives can master complex challenges holistically.

Do you want to take on this key role and manage and develop both people and organisations sustainably and inclusively?

The master degree programme in Business Administration and Psychology addresses exactly this, combining business administration and business psychology know-how with focus areas in Human Resources, Marketing, Management, Business Psychology & Sustainability, Digital Transformation, and Digital Health & Environmental Management, from each of which you can choose electives.
