Shape the ageing of tomorrow

Our society is getting older – and that is not a risk but an opportunity. Anyone who works with older people knows that ageing and longevity bring challenges, but also enormous potential for innovation, quality of life and social change. For this potential to take effect, however, we need people like you: people with vision, commitment and the will to actively help shape the future.

Do you want to do more than provide support and actively shape a modern approach to our ageing society?

With the bachelor degree programme Aging Services Management, you develop innovative solutions to the challenges of ageing. You gain in-depth knowledge of health sciences, gerontology, public health and new technologies, combined with management skills and business know-how. Whether in care facilities, public administration, healthcare companies or as a pioneer with your own projects – you help to improve the quality of life of older people.

Self-directed
but never alone.

On-campus sessions you can plan ahead and self-directed self-study weeks let you learn in your own way. Via the Online Campus, you stay connected with fellow students and lecturers at all times.

Education that fits your career path.

That’s why our degree programmes offer you individual focus areas or electives. Or you can extend your studies with Micro-Credentials from outside your subject.

How a term works

The distance learning programme is designed so that students work through most of the content in the Online Campus whenever and wherever suits them. Digital learning materials, exercises and opportunities for exchange are available there, so the learning process can be shaped individually and flexibly.

During the self-study weeks students set their own learning pace, access the learning platform at any time and use digital communication channels to clarify questions or connect with others in group work.

In addition, there are three on-campus sessions each term. These offer the opportunity for in-depth study, discussion, exams and practical application of the course content. This ideally combines direct contact with lecturers and fellow students with the advantages of digital flexibility.
